A bit scarry moment when I rly begun to relax the blackness in my sight went even more black and I felt Im floating. I dunno how to take this kind of stuff… scarry or good.

It’s because your concious mind is still way stronger than your sub-concious mind..Maybe you were thinkin too many different things during this video…Try to just LISTEN to her and think about NOTHING else

“The more you focus on your breathing you find it nearly impossible not to breath slowly”. I really liked that line. It is very ambigous and confusing. It sounds like a variation on the (the more-the more) pattern.
It didn’t work for me. Why? I did everything I was told. I completely let go and wasn’t trying to fight it. It worked for everyone else.
