I tried this on my friend and it really worked
you simply have to pull the arm far enough to put them off balance enough to create a very brief state of shock and confusion
2 options:
either you wait, she will come back or maybe go to sleep first then wake up.
other option which is preferable:
you tell her
just say: and now ill count from 1 to 5 and when i reach the number five you will , be fully awake and allert, and you will , feel good.
alternatively you can just say: “wake up”
by the way, she is not unconcious, rather her conciousness is different from usual. Do you know watching TV, not even noticing what has happened on there for the last 30 minutes?
softly no so hard that you would pull their arm out of the socket just enough to shock and surprise them

Yes you can learn hypnosis quickly, in fact anyone can learn to do it. The induction is the easy part, it’s knowing what to do after the induction.
This is how all hypnosis should be performed…with a cute girl.
