Stage hypnotists use such techniques but only after testing to find whether the person is a good subject for deep trance and after hypnotizing them with a longer method, taking them into deep physical and mental relaxation. The person can then be brought back into the room but re-hypnotized instantly with such techniques.
Instant and rapid hypnosis inductions look dramatic but really do not have any place in a therapeutic session.

Hey people, anyone can make this type of video. And his explanation was bullshit in my opinion. However, I won’t believe them until they apply hypnotic techniques on me and see everything with my own eyes.

Well, it is a science… you don’t just wake up one day and hypnotise people. It does work but only if you’re willing, and unlike what people claim, they can’t make you do anything you don’t want to do while under hypnosis.

He drags his hand a way causing a shock to the lady, and then says sleep, and crucially deepends afterwards.
…I don’t even know how that works. If someone told me to hold their hand, close my eyes, and suddenly they said “sleep”, I see no way I’ll just randomly fall asleep.
