With Derek’s sketch of the earring, and a photograph from Mitch of Nicole wearing the earrings at Felicia’s birthday party, Frankie goes over to Cass’s to tell him that she knows who the real killer is and can clear Felicia. Frankie is upset to learn that Cass is supposed to marry Nicole in a few hours and apologizes to him for finding out what she found out, but she gives him the proof, explains about Derek’s hypnosis, and tells him she’s certain Nicole killed Jason. Cass doesn’t want to believe it at first and he gets very angry, finally telling Frankie they’re going to settle this once and for all as he pulls her out the door behind him.
