true the cards due say both depending on how they are flipped. but not all got a trick some have gotten a treat. search for them they are there

if u turn the trick card upside down it will read treat and visa-versa.

It may not be legal at first, but after they’re done filming Derren’s trick, and they got what they needed for the show, they explain to the victim that they’re actually on a TV show, and that they need him to sign a release form that will relieve the show of any legal responsibilities as well as allow them to air the footage of Richard (the victim).
The only problem with this show is that if they had tried to find me at 3:00 AM, I wouldn’t be sleeping, I’d be on my 360.

I think people write a letter or submit an application and on the letter there must be some kind of disclaimer and explanation. I hope.
also, he only asks rich to pick a card. it’s up to derren to decide if that card should be kept or discarded.
